No "chair side" manner. Got a root canal and crown from him a few years ago. He had his assistant shape my crown instead of doing it himself. I had to go back several time since my bite was off. Since it was done so poorly, it broke a year after having it done and I had to get an implant and crown. Nice staff but thoroughly unimpressed by Dr Moon.
The office staff and hygienist were great. But, I regret ever sitting in that chair of Dr. Moon. A doctor that shouldn’t be practicing if you do your research. What started as a routine filling and crown turned into months of pain and a root canal after my tooth was excessively shaved down and the crown failed and also fell off. I was left dealing with complications that should never have happened from standard dental work. Proceed with extreme caution.
Dr. Moon replaced an old filling that fell out. Also last year, he replaced an old broken crown. Excellent work.
