We had the opportunity to stay during our son's surgery. The facility is clean and has great facilities. The staff, volunteers and other guests were very helpful. Thank you.
RMH is certainly a Godsend to patients and families of patients receiving care at Stanford. With that said, I have been really disappointed to see the lack of advocacy for their guests when it comes to the ongoing AC issue at RMH. The AC has been non-functional for two months. It is 90+ degrees in Palo Alto and many of the families staying at RMH have medically fragile children. The front desk staff have said “they are out here working on it every day” (not true) and “we don’t have AC in our offices either so we’re uncomfort... read more

The Ronald McDonald House is a godsend they relocated me from Modesto to here before I had my baby so that way I could deliver here and my baby could be here to get to treat me he needed for his heart surgeries and to recoup after the surgeries this place is amazing they have wonderful resources they are a lot of help the staff here are amazing and they do a really lot for the families that are here and the support that they give the families is unreal I greatly appreciate them and thank you guys very much for everything you... read more
