I was admitted into the hspt for 9 days at the same time as my appt. I could not make my appointment due to being in the hospital for 9 days. I re-scheduled another appt, it was confirmed and I received confirmation via,Phone,email & text. I made it to the appt.30min early. The Asst. stated that Dr. refuses to see a new patient after they canceled the first visit. The Asst. explained to the Dr. my situation and he still refused to see me knowing I had to be seen within 10 days of discharge...
Dr.Jones did nothing to help me with my medical condition. I called on Monday for a follow-up appt after visiting the er this weekend. His staff was reluctant to work me in and I came in two days later. Dr. Jones greeted me by touching elbows rather than shaking my hand, his excuse was because the flu was going around. How unprofessional and rude this was. Furthermore, he never once examined me and was quick to refer me to someone else because he didn't want to help me. Finding a new Dr.
Dr Jones is an awesome doctor he was my mothers doctor and my aunts so I chose him for me. He started off by requesting a MRI in which he took that info and has been taking care of me ever since! He is a concerned and straight talker about your health
Dr Jones took an active interest in my medical concerns and tried to address them as best he knew how with compassion & information. Once I was asking for information on barefoot running - which he admitted to not knowing much about at the time. A few weeks later I received an osteopathic journal article, in the mail, about bare foot running, that Dr Jones had seen and though might interest me. It showed to me that he was trying to provide good care.
