Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I was very impressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I am lucky I found this dentist and office staff. I love my veneers. In short, I feel their work is exceptional. I had an initial appointment with Dr. Luke. They changed the time one hour before appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant but I was appalled by the way Dr. Luke acted. I'm 63 and have implants. I checked to see if he could work on my issues. He didn't agree with me about my implants, which I must say we're down 13 years ago. He told me to leave. He said I should see an implant specialist. He said he would give me a referral. He left me in tears. When I asked his assistant for the referral I was told that Dr. Luke sai... read more

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
