Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important.
