Recently I was scheduled for an appointment at this office and I received THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE from their receptionist Cheryl. When I first set up this appointment I explained to Cheryl that got off of work at 5pm and she stated: "that's not a problem, I'll note that you'll be arriving late".
