They are super sketchy when you leave. They take pictures and charge for extremely minor things like dust under the oven or normal wear and tear. As far as managing the property while you are a tenant they are very quick to get someone out of some stuff like a leak or clogged sinks and are VERY slow for other things. My windows didn't open for more than 6 months and they were extremely bad at communicating.
Absolutely terrible! They took over from our last property management did an inspection took lots of notes to not come in and fix anything. They talk to you in person like they care and are willing to help and take care of things, to then not follow through or be able to get ahold of. They also will fire anyone who’s been working at a location for years to hire cheap uneducated and rude maintenance and Gardner’s . DO NOT RENT TO THEM DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THEM!!!!
If I could afford to live ANYWHERE else I would. From the horrible property manager at the Rancho Apartments to upper management who clearly do not want to talk to any tenants I have had an awful experience all around. What’s comical is how they justify raising the rent every year by saying it helps them provide top quality service when the onsite property manager doesn’t even respond to an email until four follow ups have been sent.
