DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! From the beginning they were incompetent. It started with their sending me a form letter where 25% of the items did not apply to me, to not taking phone calls; when I finally insisted that they speak with me and tell me how much money I'll need for closing they said they would inform me 2 days prior to closing, which does not give me enough time to transfer money from investments, to informing me they have no time because, "they have other clients".
