Absolutely, absolutely horrible. Shady business practices. Run-down property from years of ignoring tenant complaints and neglect for basic appliances (we had no window curtains to a balcony that looked straight out of- no privacy, broken doorknobs, etc.). SB county finally tried to check for hazards and safety, and they sent the tenants a threatening letter asking us to turn down county safety inspections because they will forward all the charges and costs of repairs (from years and years of neglect) onto current tenants. Not responsive to repairs, sending new hires who have absolutely no clue what they're doing, they tell you that you need a new fridge and it will come in 4 days and guess what? Three months later and still nothing. And on top of that they raise the rent...... never renting from them again!
The apartment renting process is streamlined and easy for students, room is sufficient.
Every time we had a maintenance issue, Wolfe would be responsive and timely with fixing them.
Reasonable response time; attention to detail and care. Very pleased!
