Ron was dead on accurate with his assessment of the house I purchased 13 years ago. Gave me a great binder with all sorts of information including his recommendations to any work that may need to be done and a time estimate on how long before things would need to be replaced. He had mentioned the hot water tank would likely need to be replaced in4-5 years and lo and behold, 4 years later I needed a new tank. I would definitely return my business to him for next next home purchase.

Sorry to do this....but had u look at my house 3 yrs ago. Just sold it and the new buyers inspector found so much wrong I had no idea it was there. It cost me thousands to fix for sale. Next time please do the home owners right. If u see something in front of a electric panel tell them it's not right. If u see loose wires tell them they need to be tested and placed in junction boxes, if u see slab floor cracking inform them there maybe issues. If u push on outside wall and it moves let them know.
