I have not had a worse experience at a chiropractic office. The staff was friendly, but confusing. They misled me about the amount I would have to pay, doubling the quote I got over the phone. Their documentation for insurance is confusing and their policy is backward. Nowhere else have I been expected to pay in full before my documentation was sent to my insurance. On top of that the doctor told me my diagnosis was "garbage" and then proceeded to send me off with a tech I hadn't been introduced
