Several years ago around 2017 I hired Ron to do a title search on a two family home and was told by him that everything is legal only to find out a couple years after that when I tried to sell it I was notified by the town of Wallkill that it is not a legal two family home and had to spend a lot of money time and work to make it legal. I feel like it’s my obligation to notify future customers of this.
