I have a supporting document of a falsified foreclosure of a home that after speaking with the county assessor office the house was never in foreclosure. Upon calling back this office, this gentleman started off nice but then became very rude with lies and when questioned about his letter he said he had no clue. DO NOT RETAIN THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANYTHING!!!! This lawyer does not know what he is doing pertaining to an eviction of any kind. He will charge the $1500 for the eviction, and then it will go to court, and then when the case "can't go forward" because that's his excuse for everything then he goes on with his life...your squatters are still not out and your left broke. Also, his demeanor is nasty and rude. Especially if you don't know the law. He's just a horrible experience and attorney. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL!
