Had to come to ER here on a visit to see my son and grandson I ended up catching strep throat and had to be seen nice staff and very quick being seen
We moved to Algona 7 years ago, but my family still doctors at the Iowa Specialty Hopsital in Clarion, as we love our family doctor there.. My 2 month old son got hit with the RSV bug and he stopped breathing on me.. I rushed him to the ER in Algona. I was a little nervous as we aren't familiar with the facility, doctors, nurses, etc. Once we got here I knew my baby was in good hands. Very poorly persuing a malpractice lawsuit as we speak
In the last 4 Months I had to spent 4 Weeks at the hospital here in Algona,I have to say In that time I had the best Nurses and Doctor's .I was treated With care and Compassion.I would not want to go any Place else for all my Medical Needs.Even do I was Ill I was Happy the whole Time I had to spend there.I want to thank every one for the good Care I have gotten.So THANK YOU KOSSUTH REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER FROM THE BOTTEM OF MY HEART.<3
I had my daughter there and they were amazing. Lots of caring people for staff.
Poor communication. They forgot to tell me THEY cancelled my appointment so I sat there 2 1/2 hrs waiting to see a doctor.
The nurses and doctors at Mercy Medical in Algona where I spent some of my birthday yesterday were the most polite, efficient and compassionate I have ever dealt with. Much thanks and appreciation going out to Kelly, Julie & Hillary for making the very awkward but painful event much more comfortable than I can explain. Thank you and God Bless you!
