I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for over 10 years, and he’s not only an outstanding urologist but also an amazing person. He genuinely cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I trust him completely—he’s consistently looked out for me and made sure I’m getting the best care possible. It’s rare to find a doctor who’s this skilled and compassionate. Highly recommend.
Dr Kim has been treating my father for the past 5 years and we have been very happy with both his surgical expertise as well as his personality in general. He takes time to explain what’s going on, his chosen path forward and why and also just comes across as a Dr who cares and concerned about his patients well being. I called to find out about the doctor's appointment, prices and the doctor himself. The woman who spoke to me (she did not say her name) immediately started making an appointment for me, when I said that I needed a visit on the weekend, she said that they do not accept on weekends and just hung up! How can you treat patients so disrespectfully? Where is the ethics of communication? I was disappointed and called back to ask why she hung up without even finishing her sentence with me?
