I would not recommend Hulse to anyone. My family has seen this guy two times. The first time was in the HALLWAY of Tampa General where he literally blurted out my mother's condition using a series of medical terms that only another cardiologist would understand. I tried to politely slow him down a bit and clarify what he was saying but that aggravated him. Came from Boston and my Cardiologist wasn't concerned about getting chest pains and headache while walking. Dr Hulse was very concerned and ended up doing installing a stent. Immediatly after installing the stent I could walk two minutes faster with no pchect or headache pains. He's a hero in my books.

Having been admitted from the Emergency Room and not having a cardiologist, I was assigned Dr. Hulse. Having worked in healthcare myself for nearly three decades, Dr. Hulse was amazing. He took great care in listening to my extensive family history, conducted the necessary tests, and kept me informed.We do not live in the area, but will be making the drive from the Panhandle to see Dr. Hulse from now on. Dr. Hulse was rude, in a hurry and it was obvious he was not really interested in my questions. I had several questions to ask that I was not able. When I said something to him about it he said, he knew but he his nurse practitioner was not there and he had to do it all by himself. I feel I had a very unsuccessful doctor visit and still have questions.

Dr. Hulse is AN amazing physician!!. From The moment I had my stroke, he was reaching out to see what he could do to help. His calm demeanor put me at ease while his patience to carefully answer all my questions helped me stay optimistic about my situation. Dr. Hulse went out of his way to facilitate my stay at Tampa General ANd his encouragement to stick with therapy helped me to push through. I Will be forever grateful to Dr. Hulse for everything he has done for me!!

Dr. Hulse was so caring for my family while my dad went through open heart surgery and a valve replacement. He came back each day to check on us and make sure we were doing ok. He answered all of our questions and you can tell he truly cares for his patients!
