I was trying and set up a basic appointment and I am also looking to establish a new PCP. Dr. Hooley showed up as a provider through my insurance website, so I figured I would call to see if I could get scheduled. I don't know the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she immediately asked to put me on hold and did so before I could even respond.
