Condescending, rude, impatient, does not like to explain things, appears to feel threatened by questions. I suffer from hypothyroidism & he told me to go read a book about it because he didn’t have time to explain when I didn’t understand my test results.
That is the most useless doctor in east Tx
I used him for 16 years, when I showed him my personal blood pressure readings he told me I was a liar and I had made up the numbers. He said it was impossible to have that one day and go so high the next. I don't recommend this doctor for anyone. He is strictly for big pharma.
He is a useless and doesn't trust his patient's information.
Totally recommend Dr. Heine. He is very good to me and my wife. Love him and his wonderful staff.
First I waited exactly one hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Heine. I’m 75 and wanted on his Covid vaccine list. Right away Dr. Heine became very combative about my never having had a colonoscopy. Then he accused me of a subterfuge to get on his vaccine list. He said those shots were for his patients only! He was rude and felt the need to attack me for being there! I got up and walked out. In my 75 years I haven’t met that many real jerks but Dr. Heine was truly one of those.
Awful!! Went with my elderly mother for the first time . He was loud, condescending, and just flat out rude!! I did not tell him but I am a medical provider and would never treat my patients that way!! Convinced my mother to seek a new pcp!! Also wants to push drugs for everything!!!
Obnoxious and only interested in rushing patients through like cattle. Ask him to repeat his fast talking diagnosis and he'll become annoyed because it will cost him another few minutes of his precious time.
Dr. Heine’s care is terrible! He was In the room with me for less than 30 seconds and laughed at the reason I was there and when I had questions regarding my diagnosis he was frustrated and Not compassionate. When his nurse came in I asked more questions and she said “if he has to come back in here it won’t be pretty” needless to say I will be finding a different PCP
