Excellent - He is honest and ethical. I believe his willingness to stand up for what is right save my granddaughter's life in October when another Doctor was claiming she saw a skull fracture and then said she saw a bruise 'half the length of the skull' when everyone else including Dr. Grondin said there was no skull fracture and no bruise. Fortunately he was right! I will always be thankful.
My 3-year-old granddaughter had the good fortune of being assigned to Dr. Grondin for emergency brain surgery on Thanksgiving morning 2020 for a large tumor. He was an excellent listener, thoughtful in his plan of action, had the best interests of the patient, able to explain sophisticated concepts in terms that are easily understood and remembered, as well as an upbeat attitude. We immediately felt comfortable with him. One of the nurses on the ward told us later "If I needed neurosurgery I'd go to him first - no question."
He made us feel like our concerns were NOT important. He sat there and intead of helping us understand decided to give us a lecture in what we should be doing with our baby (5th child) and her sleeping and eating. I have never been so concerned about my daughter's health we have now transferred care and WILL NOT return!!
