Great experience . Julia, the tech?, doing my eye exam is awesome, knowledgeable, patient, with loads of positive energy. Made me feel very comfortable, I might even say fun. Eye exams are usually very boring with lots of communication. I was laughing and Julia explained everything well, very welcoming to more questions as well. Honestly the doctors are great but the wait time is ridiculous here. If you come here make sure to empty out your entire day and bring a meal because on a good day you’ll be out of this practice in 2 1/2 hours or else you’ll be here for 4+ hours without the staff even telling you what’s going on. Sometimes they even forget to bring you to the room, and this will be when the waiting room is empty. I’ve been coming to this practice for a year and only once have I left here in a decent time.
