Very disappointing interaction with office manager Patricia. Very rude via email after I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and pulled my son out of school to attend. Not worth my business.
Left a few voicemails to try and schedule an appointment and never received a call back.

Staff went out of their way to take care of things for me.. very helpful and recommended!
Never was able to speak to Mr. Winters tried to give my name to the woman who answered the phone believe her name was Jackie perhaps she was having a bad morning but she spelled my name wrong twice interrupted me when I was trying to spell it for her again and then claims she never spelt it wrong it wasn’t a big deal but she was quite rude about it making the statement I spelled it the right way which she clearly did not as it is my name I would hope I know how to spell it at this point time in my life it ...any rate unfortu... read more
