Ronnie is the best in the business. This is the only real estate attorney my company will use anymore.
Mr. Bruce contacted me the day before closing asking about compensation split, I informed him that I had NOT seen a settlement statement yet. He said that they were working on it and that I would get it shortly. I never received a settlement statement for corrections even on the day of closing which his office missed my company’s administrative fees.
