Worst abdominal surgeon in PA. Completely botched-up my abdominal ventral hernia repair. Used contaminated mesh and gave me a SERIOUS MRSA infection, that would have NEVER healed. Took a team of superb surgeons (Dr. Francesco Palazzo led the Jefferson team) in Philadelphia, with an extraordinary plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Copit, to rescue me from Barsanti's gross incompetence.
