Dr. Yong is very professional and friendly. They have fashionable, high-quality glasses; it's not a cheap glasses store. I love it!!!!
My family and I have been getting our eye exams at Palisades Optometrics for more than 3 years. We have had very good experience with the staff and the doctor. Dr Yoon is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He listens attentively to our questions and is detailed in his answers. The only one that deserves a star over there is Nija. The other staff member, was extremely rude. Within a minute she was telling me I needed to find a new doctor. The second they realized I would not be purchasing contacts through them I was tossed away. Although I was allowed to purchase the contacts I wanted the first time around( because Palisades does not carry them), I was told I could not this time and had to stick with the trials that were given to me. Decided to try Palisades Optometrics after a quick search for providers in my area. Had an excellent experience from the friendly staff upfront to Dr. Yoon’s thorough examination. Dr Yoon ensured I felt most comfortable after multiple lenses trials. I will definitely be recommending this office to others.
