Scheduled colonoscopy due to family history of cancer of the small intestine (first step to rule out more common issues). He spent no time with me in my before or after appointments nor did he acknowledge any concerns, medical staff was equally unconcerned. He left me in the discharge room for 1 1/2 hrs while he performed 4 more procedures. Results showed no problems since they were not looking at the small intestine. I still have unexplained symptoms, but they'll see me in 10 yrs LOL

Don't go here unless you want long waits, an incompetant office staff that passes the buck amoungst each other and does not follow through or call back when they promise, and a lackadsical attitude towards patients. If this is your idea of quality serive then by all keans contact them.

Beware! This man performed procedures that I did not need and completely mis-diagnosed what my problem was, ( according to a world famous Hospital where people fly in from all over the world). Please research this "doctor" and see how he ripped his own partners off. Do you think we the patients are more or less important than his financial partners? I am interviewing attorneys and will be pursuing this man in a court of law.

Dr DeMasi spends little to no time with patients. Don’t think he even listens! Had a procedure he did not even acknowledge me when they brought me into the room. When I was ready to leave I had to wait 45 minutes before he came to discharge me. Rude! Arrogant! Horrible bedside manner!

I found the Doctor and nurses in the room where I was having my procedure done very unprofessional. Dr. DeMasi was on his cell phone while a nurse was playing with his hair, so much for infection protection. Also, I continue to have problems with his billing staff getting back to me. After 60 days and numerous emails and phone calls no one from his billing staff has returned my calls or emails. All I want them to do is send billing info to my secondary insurance.

My mom went to him in June referred by primary care physician. She's over 50 and primary had been on her to get colonoscopy since she'd never had one. It was discussed at first visit that she was there for routine only like mammogram. Demasi charged her almost 2k! She has other problems that her primary already figured out and diagnosed. My father had just passed away -routine is affordable. Insurance, primary, everyone was upset. He refused to recode as routine. We could lose all now.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeMasi for many years... No matter how bad you're feeling he always has a way to make you smile... His staff is top notch! I couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to take care of my medical needs...

A very pleasant & calm Gentleman with a great sense of humor. His "bedside manner" is commendable and most welcomed in his area of Medicine. His Staff members are Professional and Personable. His Suite is calm and tastefully decorated. A clean and comfortable environment is greatly appreciated!
