A very comfortable experience. Dr Jaecks is relatable. Always seems to be in an "up" mood. He is friendly, sincere, compassionate, knowledgable & professional. He is experienced. I am lucky to have had him do the two surgeries I've needed. I always feel relaxed when speaking with him. He makes what could be a scary experience feel like "we've got this" though he would never say this!
Dr Jaecks has done 3 surgeries on me and he is simply amazing!!! He explains things thoroughly, keeps things comfortable, relaxed, and makes it easy to discuss issues with him. I have ongoing conditions that keep me in contact with him. He has never been anything but wonderful.
