Irresponsible and non-professional staff. I made a follow-up appointment with doctor Ronald D Lee one year ago. Because I took it a long time ago, I called the office 10 days prior to my appointment to confirm it. I left a voicemail with my info then next day someone called me and confirmed the appointment date and time (unfortunately did not take her name but I attached the logs of the calls).
