Irresponsible and non-professional staff. I made a follow-up appointment with doctor Ronald D Lee one year ago. Because I took it a long time ago, I called the office 10 days prior to my appointment to confirm it. I left a voicemail with my info then next day someone called me and confirmed the appointment date and time (unfortunately did not take her name but I attached the logs of the calls). After having an unsuccessful vasectomy reversal from another Dr, we went to Dr. Lee since he was highly recommended. I had been suffering from pain and we're not successful getting pregnant. Dr. Lee performed a complex reversal and within 3 months my wife was pregnant. We now have 3 beautiful healthy children.
