The dr that I seen was nice and helpful. BUT! The rudeness and the lack of kindness the ladies in the front showed drops the good rating I would’ve given the dr. I will sees different dermatologist if I ever need to again
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. First of all I was told that Dr. Hall doesn’t see new patients when I made my appointment. I waited 28 days from there for my appointment. The waiting room was so full that there wasn’t a single seat. I went to the window and the receptionist never looked up. After a few minutes I got her attention and asked her where I should sign in and she said they only talked to people at the other window. By far the best experience I ever had at a Dermatologist. The PA was Super knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything. I can’t recommend them enough.
I thought they were very professional.
