They were very professional, timely, kind, clear, and were available for any question I had. I don’t like going to the doctor but these folks make it something I’m up for.
In June I had a procedure done. Doctor Ronald Bloom and his staff made it easy to prepare for this. All instructions were very clear and staff made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor.
Everyone was professional, competent and conscientious- Dr.Bloom visited prior to the procedure and explained everything in a non hurried and relaxed manner which I appreciated. Afterward, he checked in with me explaining the results and answered any questions I had. The entire support staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. I felt the quality of care was excellent.
