Made an appointment for a roof repair one year after installation. Ronald would be a no call no show. After many calls still no return call back. I just wanted to share my experience!

Called Ronald 3 times. First 2 times he promised to come out to look at my roof and provide an estimate of damage but both times he never showed up, never called and never apologized. Third time I contacted him I did it via text and he didn’t respond AT ALL. So rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t trust him to show up or call you back.
