The Ronald B Stafford Ice Arena is a fantastic college ice rink in Plattsburgh, NY. The arena is home to the Plattsburgh State Cardinals men's and women's hockey teams. The Cardinals play in NCAA Division 3 hockey. Capacity for the rink is 1,924. Sightlines from all seats are excellent. All seats are chairbacks and are comfortable.
