Service at this office is as bad as it gets. It’s a factory. No bed side manner. It’s all about grinding out as much cash as they can versus really wanting to help patients do the right thing. If you like waiting in waiting rooms you’ll love it. They are always way behind. Even when you book the first appointment of the day. Phone service - they never pick up. Ask for voice message and then don’t Val you back... you can’t make this stuff up! Highly recommend not going there!
Not sure what has happened with the office since they merged with the cardiology office, worst service ever. They never shared with me my Dr. Was let go, left messages when the phone lines were too busy and no one returned my calls, when I got someone they was going to have someone call and they never did. Made appointment on the phone and they booked the wrong time and did not fulfill perscription until I could make it in. Worst experience ever, the office team does not care, never going back.
