Dr Nagy is a good dr who I think would do wonders getting a new staff. The Office manager (not sure exact title) has no reason being part of any clinic that deals with patients. She lacks any kind of compassion and doesn’t know how to apologize even after she is wrong. So it is hard to give a good rating to Dr Nagy when my experience with the clinic has been made so poor by the people he chooses to work for him.
Dr Nagy is a good Dr, office staff is not very helpful, the billing dept - Jean is RUDE!! She tries to bill your insurance after a year, doesn't bill your secondary insurance & when you explain what happened she denies it ( even though you have it in writing from them they overlooked billing your secondary insurance, the cram over 4 people in the exam room - they said they r practicing social distancing, how can u do that with 4 people in a exam room? Dr. Nagy was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr Nagy is wonderful. He is prompt and works quickly solving your problem while visiting and explaining what he is doing and what we need to do to improve your condition. We look forward to seeing him and recommend his office to everyone we meet who has foot issues.
