Went to get my gold chain cleaned and fixed, it still broke as soon as I left the store. First red flag was that they said to Zelle them the money so I wouldn’t have to pay taxes. Second red flag I asked them to repair it and they said I would have to buy a new chain smh
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I clearly explained multiple times where I did not want the diamond cuts placed, yet the work was still done incorrectly.
