Dr. Patel was fine. Answered some of my questions. My issue with Fondren orthopedic was there was no follow up. I’m sure shots of cortisone and the gel to help my knees is no big deal to them but this was all new and a big deal to me. I had left several messages and no one called me back. There really needs to be more attention paid to the patient. Simple to you all is not simple to us. “It should last 6 months.” Really doesn’t answer how long before I actually feel better.
