we made the mistake of hiring ron zee buildersd in 2003 to install a bay window and a new roof.2 months after the window was installed a crack appeared,i called ron zee repeatedly,he always sd waitng to her from the vendor.i got tired of waitng so i called the vendor my self and they were out to my house within a week installing a new window.as far as the roof up to yesterday it has leaked for 8 yrs.to my surprise,contacte a roof repair company who to my surprise sd they never flased the roof to waterproof it.
