Had a great experience organising a prepurchace inspection with these guys. Kylie was generous with her time, running through everything included, reassuring a single woman with pre-purchace jitters. They were also very accomodating with me being up in Perth, being flexible around my work hours, organising payment over the phone etc as well as being very resonably priced. Did my service here and I had an awesome experience. Clear and easy communication. When I picked the car up they told me about an issue with the car. They gave me options on how to deal with it and what they recommend. I wasn’t a big fan of getting my car fixed as I planned bigger travels just after the service. But in the end I decided to get it done end make new travel plans. And again it was excellent customer service and got the car back in good shape and ready for the roadtrip. Hi Kale and team, Yesterday, it was the first time that I had my car (Mitsi-ASX) in your workshop to be serviced. I am so very positively surprised about the service my car received that I can't really put it into words.
