terrible service department. obscene prices to even check and see whats wrong with the vehicle.
Took our car for maintenance at Ron Westphal had oil changed, tire rotation and car washed. Left with missing Oakley case with prescription glasses in it but no one there is aware of where they went. Beware when servicing your vehicle there.
Had a Great experience, I had an inkling that my battery was not going to get me too far into the upcoming winter season, I pulled into the service job, late in the afternoon, attended to testing the battery and providing the best option for a replacement. Rick and Mike Franzen, and the parts team took very good care of my vehicle, when I got back in my car Saturn Vue it had been washed even the glass was cleaned. Thank you Westphal Service & Parts teams, it is always a pleasure to do business with you!
Went in to look at a truck and the salesman just belittled me. Then the manager came out and said I was being a "headache" just because they were way out of my monthly payment range. Manger then proceeded to belittle my potential trade-in vehicle and say it's not even worth their time because it's too old and the mileage is too high they wouldn't be able to offer a warranty with it.
