We bought Toyota Highlander limited 2019 after 15000 miles , we got a nail on the passenger wheel on the back , and we went to Les Schwab to fixe, and Technician there , they found out , there had a defect on the side of tire , and denied to repair , we went to Toyota 122nd Dealer, and the manager told us , it is normal and refused to replace. Sleazy practice in the parts department, they would match the price of the part off of the official Toyota Parts website their dealership. If i had the time, i would have ordered it odd the website for pick up, but i could wait around. The parts guy was actually lame enough to say the actual official Toyota website was a fake scam site. Glad I had this experience, because I know to avoid this dealership the next time Im shopping for a new toyota.
