I spoke with AARON [Manager] to arrange all the required services, especially the replacement of the major PRIUS battery. ROBIN met us for vehicle drop-off and handled everything perfectly, and Aaron stopped by to verify everything what exactly as discussed over the phone. Highly professional and diligence. Impeccable service, quality and value. Superlative!
Scott has been my service provider many times. He always goes above and beyond. This time he helped with a rock chip in my windshield and a full detail while I was on vacation. Nearly seamless. A few items could have used better attention on the detail, but when noted Scott assured me they will be taken care of. I’ll be back for tires very soon! I love Ron Tonkin Toyota, they are just the best.
