My salesperson at Gresham Hyundai was Samantha. She was extremely helpful without high pressure sales, she and the rest of the team were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I would recommend Samantha and her team to anyone who is interested in a new car. Definitely five star service.
I come here to update my review again after recent events. During the purchase I was provided an option for an extended warranty that I was told covered everything except some brake parts. When calling to schedule a repair with my warranty I was told I only had the basic plan and was told by the rep at the warranty company Prosidium that they likely did this to recoup some of the money lost honoring the original price by purchasing the cheap plan in its place. I believe I was misled during the vehicle purchase process. The dealership included a Cilajet ceramic coating in the total cost of the car without properly disclosing it during negotiations. While it was briefly mentioned in the initial introduction, it was intentionally left out of all pricing discussions. Instead, it was bundled with taxes and fees, giving the impression that it was mandatory.
