Very good with follow up and friendliness. They have the best selection of vehicles in my opinion and all in good shape and reasonable prices. Their general manager test drove my car personally to make sure that the new tires were balanced to stop the vibration on wheel. I would say the only thing between 4 and 5 stars was the wait time from after test driving to actually being out the door was a longer wait than I would have liked.
Amazing service, got what I wanted at an amazing price! Daxten was a pleasure to do business with, very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.
The sales associate, Samantha, was fantastic, a genuinely nice person who was able to answer all my questions accurately and succinctly. She tried her best to get me in and out of the dealership quickly. The finance department was a bit slow (busy day), however. On balance, a positive overall experience. I typically buy 3 or 4 cars a year, so I have a pretty good frame of reference.
Clearly listed price for vehicle online, called to check availability and was told the price was an error and they raised it by $10,000. Don't do business with scammers folks.
I love my new electric car and James made the car buying experience simple and direct. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my choice.
