Have been using them for a year. They do a decent job cleaning, but terrible on punctuality. They are always late and one time never showed up. Yesterday they were scheduled for 9:00am. At 10:00 I texted Paula to see if they were still coming. Said she was in traffic and on her way. At 11:00 I text again and asked as she still wasn't there.
