The amazing instructors here keep me motivated and eager to keep working out. The daycare staff takes wonderful care of my kids so I can make the journey to a healthier me. I cant say enough about the loving preschool teachers either.
The Y is more than just a gym. It is a community. Great fitness classes, personal training and kids area. We love it. Feels like home.
