Ron got recommended through the Nextdoor, I always rather use real customers’ feedback when it comes to projects like that. His pricing was reasonable among the 3 quotes I took and they kept the timeline we agreed upon. I was also happy with the prep they did, covering all the surfaces to prevent any staining.
