Very incompetent providers and staff. They do not care about their patients and are irresponsible. They don't send in my parent's medication on time, always lose records, have a minimum 20-minute wait for each phone call, and long delays at the office.

Ron Robinson senior Care Center is a medical clinic (geriatric). Their professional teams provide excellent care to seniors and comprehensive assessments especially to those with memory loss, dementia (including Alzheimer’s). You are on hold for ever! and the few times that they answered they just put the receiver on the desk and ignored you, could hear people chatting in the background. Terrible customer service!

You can be assured that I will tell my friends about your company, Senior care center. Your service is so valuable and needed by anybody who is going through the process of finding a senior living facility. We couldn’t have done this without all of your advice and support along the way. My dad is adjusting quite well and he has made some great friends already. Thanks again for everything.
