Very incompetent providers and staff. They do not care about their patients and are irresponsible. They don't send in my parent's medication on time, always lose records, have a minimum 20-minute wait for each phone call, and long delays at the office.

Ron Robinson senior Care Center is a medical clinic (geriatric). Their professional teams provide excellent care to seniors and comprehensive assessments especially to those with memory loss, dementia (including Alzheimer’s). You are on hold for ever! and the few times that they answered they just put the receiver on the desk and ignored you, could hear people chatting in the background. Terrible customer service!

Nobody answered the phone. I waited and waited for a very long time the times that I have called.
