What a hidden gem (pun intended). Chery and her team are a great operation that reinstill your faith in humanity and that there are still good people out there. She bent over backwards to make sure I was able to get the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. She has an amazing selection of jewelry and gemstones with a superior caliber of color and cut that are hard to find at other big name stores in the Denver Metro area. Terrible customer service experience after initial consult. I was searching for a shop to help with a custom ring order. I was directed by another jeweler who had high praise for this shop. After scheduling and appointment in April, I was very impressed with the gentleman who consulted on the project. My deadline was for July, which he stated was a very easy timeframe. I had a really positive experience with Ron Pingenot and his staff. They fixed my engagement ring (a tourmaline) that had chipped. They did it for what I felt was a reasonable price and finished earlier than they had expected. The ring is looking dazzling! I also loved how the staff was clearly enthusiastic about my gem and encouraged me to keep wearing it (even though I felt guilty that I had chipped it). They said “your jewelry is meant to be worn! It can always be fixed”
