I had a really positive experience with Ron Pingenot and his staff. They fixed my engagement ring (a tourmaline) that had chipped. They did it for what I felt was a reasonable price and finished earlier than they had expected. The ring is looking dazzling! I also loved how the staff was clearly enthusiastic about my gem and encouraged me to keep wearing it (even though I felt guilty that I had chipped it). They said “your jewelry is meant to be worn! It can always be fixed”

I was gifted my great aunt's engagement ring from the 1950s and brought it here to get re-plated and have the prongs fixed. These jewelers made my ring look like new! Beautiful work, quick turnaround, and super reasonable prices.

Love this place. Went to get ice cream next door and my friend said "ooh a lapidary" and I'm like "what is that". Ended up buying $500 worth of fossils, gems, and minerals because WOW. I will be back several times over to buy more gems and fossils. Ron, John, and Boyd are great guys too and are highly informed on their craft. They specialize in gem cutting and fitting so if you are looking for a place, this is it.

Absolutely the best Jewelers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as caring about you being happy foremost to anything else. They are very reasonable and flexible and have actually become more than my Jewelers, they're friends... Thank you John and Ron for years of outstanding work and an inviting atmosphere
