The guys arrived on time actually before and stayed until they finished the job. Very great crew and did an excellent job putting carpet down in our whole house.
I have used Ron Pack three times, and I was impressed with the service I received each time. I just bought a house, and was planning on keeping the existing carpet; however, it was still dingy even after a professional clean. I was on a time crunch to get new flooring in before my move, and the sales rep was able to get me the flooring I wanted and get installers there that afternoon! I am very happy with my new floors.
Melissa and the installation crew worked quickly and efficiently to help my clients who had bought a house in town. They were able to schedule to put in new carpet on closing day so that my clients did not have to wait to move into their new home and the new carpet would be in place. Melissa made the whole process smooth and easy! Highly recommend them!
