First and Foremost, you hava to start from the beginning. Kara is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. So happy with our new floors! The install went smoothly and the work was clean. The crew was friendly, easy to work with and the space feels brand new and looks AMAZING!!! Highly Recommend!
The guys arrived on time actually before and stayed until they finished the job. Very great crew and did an excellent job putting carpet down in our whole house.
I have used Ron Pack three times, and I was impressed with the service I received each time. I just bought a house, and was planning on keeping the existing carpet; however, it was still dingy even after a professional clean. I was on a time crunch to get new flooring in before my move, and the sales rep was able to get me the flooring I wanted and get installers there that afternoon! I am very happy with my new floors.
