This is the worst contractor we have ever worked with! He seems like a really nice guy at first but too late you learn that he is not! He put over 1’x1’ holes all over our ceiling to add can lights that we didn’t even ask for. This then caused us to lose a huge amount of insulation from our attic and we had to pay to have the whole ceiling re-drywalled and mudded. This cost us thousands of dollars. I have worked with Ron and Tom since 1999 when they rebuilt our lake front cottage. This was a major undertaking involving expansion and remodeling. All work was finished beyond our expectations and on time. We remodeled our home pretty much from top to bottom with Ron Miller and Son. this included 2 bathroom remodels, a complete kitchen remodel as well as assistance in finishing our basement project that was started by us personally when we first moved in to our home. Our experience was great. We received a very detailed contract and estimate for each project and Tom handled everything with the utmost professionalism.
