My wife recently bought a new Tuscon and a Hyundai platinum warranty which covers her key fob if she loses or breaks it. As part of this warranty she can bring it to any Hyundai dealership. Sure enough, she lost her key fob. She called the warranty company and got a return authorization number and then called this service department to get the new key fob. Extremely disappointed in Marhofer service department. We have loyally brought our Hyundai here for service for years. Suddenly my car has had issues causing it to shake significantly while stopped and has even forced shut off while on the road with the check engine light turning on. We called Marhofer immediately who offered us an appointment in TWO MONTHS.
