See comments in images because they dont give you enough space to type my experience which was terrible. EDITED: Today March 16th 2026 Service was supposed to replace the chipped up heater vent they damaged. The service manager EVEN told the guy to order the part. I waited over an hour believing that I was going to get a new vent but no i got it repaired. To me I don't see how scuffing and damaging my dashboard telling me no I told you we would repair it. I had routine oil change and service done there on a car with 16k miles. The upselling for optional (ridiculous in my opinion) services was over the top. You wait upstairs in a waiting area off of the showroom. There were tvs, beverages, and popcorn which was nice. Furniture was quite stained, and there was popcorn all over on the floor. 2 thousand miles later and I am getting texts from 2 different people and 2 phone calls from a third person telling me I am due for service!
