Liza never returned a phone call. We were never able to confirm that Ron actually works for K.W. They did not show our house once. Their idea was to continue to lower the price until we sold for more than $40,000 less than appraisal. We were told there was absolutely no way they would let us out of the contract. Liza didn’t even show up for closing. No feedback on other’s showings.
Liza has been an absolute godsend for my family in assisting my mother with buying and selling her home. Words cannot say how much of a help and support she has been, and the relief of knowing my mother has a repectable and honest realtor is enormous. Knowledgeable, and professional, both Ron and Liza take time to listen to and work with their clients. I cannot recommend Liza and Ron highly enough.
