I have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for quite some time. They ran a number of tests to confirm there wasn’t any underlying issues. When it became apparent at my young age I was experiencing perimenopause, they prescribed medication. Unfortunately my pharmacy attempted to get this medication in stock but were unsuccessful. Staff and Dr are great but they should go back to Covid ways. Way to crowded, people bring multiple people is insane. And not to mention how disrespectful and disgusting others can be, no type of consideration.

I never even got to schedule the girl (I say that because she acted like a teenager) who left me a message on 11/26/25 when I called back she answered the phone smacking on gum saying when I call twice and no response I send it back to your dr. THEN she said soI do not have a referral for you. As I explained to her it hasn't even been 15 days (normal return time) she said I dont have a referral. Came to this office and never saw Dr Lichtenstein instead was handed over to the assistant Dr Linda Gutierrez. I went to her for an ovarian cyst and she dismissed my concerns told me she would not approve a surgery to get it removed and told me I was overweight and that’s why this is happening to me so maybe if I fixed that I wouldn’t be having this issue. Here I am almost a year later still in pain going to have to get surgery and most likely my ovary removed because she didn’t care. Then charged me 100$ to read me a paper ... read more
