Ron has shown discraceful behaviour by misleading us as potential buyers. After placing our offer, he then returned with an alleged bid from another buyer that was $10k over ours. We couldn't bid over it so decided, heartbroken, to let it go. Turned out the property sold for only $5k over our offer. We could have matched that, just. Overstating and inflating prices should be illegal. It alters the market and ultimately the future of potential buyers who strugle to enter the market during these tough times. Don not trust this agent. He provided wrong information about offers on a property in Heathcote in order to make us withdraw. The property was sold less than he claimed
Ron and Chris looked after us for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Despite both transactions being quite complicated, Ron and Chris handled everything beautifully. They were always positive and helpful, and communicated promptly and effectively, helping us navigate tricky situations. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly use them if we were ever to sell again
We found Ron Kissell to be uninterested & showed only 2 people through our property who were not genuine buyers do not use him beware
